It looks like the issue was cleared up for techgy after waiting a bit longer, but I'll add a bit on light here.

As far as the development team knows, there is only one place in the calendar where having both a stake and ward admin calling will cause problems: the Setup Wizard tab. Otherwise everything should work correctly.

The Setup Wizard tab will be re-vamped/fixed in an upcoming release.
