I am trying to upload my Medical and Dental records, but it keeps saying the files are too large. I am uploading them as a PDF, is there an alternate method that would be better?

Does the system state what the file size limits are? Does the system accept a ZIP file containing the PDF files? A ZIP file compresses the contents, which can often reduce the total size of multiple files or a single file.
