Why is Administrator logged in?

In Windows 7, the Administrator account is disabled by default. The question should be who activated it and why?

I think SLC did. There are several instances in the logs where the system was rebooted by the Administrator account.

Except SLC doesn't normally have the password for admin.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
