Visibility Settings not respected

UNLOCKING MY VISABILITY SETTINGS

My ward visability is locked, and I have changed the settings in my account, but my account still remains locked. Any suggestions on what to do? Any relation to being a former Service Missionary? Why would my account remain locked?

The lock icon just means the privacy settings are set to something more restrictive than "Stake". It's a reminder to those who can see it to be careful about handing out that information.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
