Is there some form of group for the South West America Missions for Missionary Tech Teams? I've been told about it, but can't seem to find it.

My missionary is having issues with his google account and photos. He has lost access to his photos. He's tried deleting the google photos app and signing back in a few times. He has cleared the cache, whatever he can do from meta he has done. He can't access the website but we have tried it from our side and can see all of it just fine. It is obviously something on his side but where does he go for help?

His mission office should have tech support. They would be the ones to help him.
