It won’t let me either!!! It used too now it’s weird is there something wrong. When I go to check the tab, it won’t let me check it and then it acts to clear what my banking’s information is so frustrating. I will call

One of our ward members had the same issue. His bank details went missing. On several occasions he re entered the information without success, but last week he said he appeared to have successfully got the bank information to stick.

On a slightly different note, I recently assisted a member to set up her online donation details. Firstly I noticed that the process has changed. Originally you went to the Settings tab and entered the banking information there, then you waited for up to 10 days before a donation could be made. Now you select the donation slip and enter the amounts, then the bank setting up area is available.This was done 2 weeks ago, but nothing so far has happened. I’m not seeing her donation appear in the records.

Could this change of setting up procedure be part the problems others are having?

I list my donation. Then I try to add a new bank account. I add all the information for the new account, then I try to agree to the terms. It won't let me agree to the terms. Then I go back and it erases all of my information about the amount of my donation. I have used online tithing payment before and have not had any problems. What is causing the problem?

Did you enter your bank account number twice in the two lines provided? The new form isn't labeled very well, it only appears in the error message.
