Change ministering district assignments

I want to move companionships (with assigned households) to a different ministering district. After selecting a companionship, clicking on the "Move to" drop down button just shows an empty box with nothing to select. I've tried different devices, operating systems and browsers with no luck. Anyone else have this problem?
