Just received nine new M720q machines. I called Global Service Center on this because Administrator was active and had no password. They said they didn't know why Microsoft was doing this, but we should put in a good password for Administrator locally. I personally just disable the account. If you install Win10 from scratch, there's a good chance it will build itself that way.
