Just received nine new M720q machines. I called Global Service Center on this because Administrator was active and had no password. They said they didn't know why Microsoft was doing this, but we should put in a good password for Administrator locally. It doesn't matter if that password gets forgotten because Global Service Center technicians use DandC89 login as the administrator account.

I personally just disable the account. If you install Win10 from scratch, there's a good chance it will build itself that way.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
