Email is correct and I've tried unsubscribing and re-subscribing with multiple days in-between on multiple occasions. The subscription page responds with successful feedback but it never works. I've also checked spam folders and for any routing rules that could be sending the inbound email to other folders.russellhltn wrote:Just as a wild guess, go to https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org/ and make sure the email is correct. Do you stop getting emails sent to the old address?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
