Urgent: Member Tools Repeated Login Requirements

I’ve been having this problem also for months. Called the church help line and they said you have to email member tools because they don’t have a phone line. I hope someone reads these.

I called the GSC yesterday with a question about Member Tools, but was informed that the GSC does not support the Member Tools app. They offered to give me the email address for the team that supports the app, but I guess I wasn't that interested in finding an answer.

There is an email address to the developer posted in the Developer section on the Google Play store (near the bottom). I did not see one on the Apple App store, but assume if you send info to the one listed on the Google Play store they can get it to the right folks...

You can search "member tools google play" in a browser as I did.
