It looks like you can stream a Zoom Webinar to the Church's webcast system, but unfortunately, it appears that's not one of the options to redirect when at capacity. The only options listed are Facebook, Youtube, and Workplace by Facebook. If we go with the Church webcast system, we'll probably need to provide 2 links for members to accommodate language and call-in, which isn't terrible, but some of the configuration may be an issue for us. We'll see. Thanks!russellhltn wrote:It looks to me like you could direct it to something like the stake's Church Webcast page so users can select the proper language webcast.

Maybe mht will have some suggestions for stake conference. Right now, I'm focusing on what's in your control.

Following the instruction posted, I'm presented with a page for "Stream URL", "Stream key", and "Live streaming page URL".swigginton wrote:It looks like you can stream a Zoom Webinar to the Church's webcast system, but unfortunately, it appears that's not one of the options to redirect when at capacity.
Seems to me, you could input RTMP link for the Church Webcast system for the first two, and then the stake page for the last field.

Re: Zoom Webinar 500 Participant Limit Increase?
We have a Zoom account provided by the church (they recently started enabling Stake/Ward accounts). So the account in general is managed by the church.
We have Stake Conference next weekend, and I am concerned we may have more than 500 participants on the webinar. I would like to test that the streaming to YouTube works. However, following the guides online (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360028478292), I can't seem to get to the Account Management page to allow Webstreaming to Facebook, Youtube, etc.
Maybe the church already enabled this, and we don't have rights to modify it? Is there any way to validate if this is going to work? How can I test that the stream to Youtube works, and that the users will be redirected? Is there a place I can find the YouTube streaming link? Do I need to enable streaming once the webinar has started?
Thank you.

I just did some testing with this over the past few days. It's very easy to do. Here's a link showing how to configure it:jepthy wrote:We have a Zoom account provided by the church (they recently started enabling Stake/Ward accounts). So the account in general is managed by the church.

And here is how to initiate the Youtube livestream:

I wasn't able to test reaching capacity, but I see no reason it wouldn't work.
