What leadership role/calling has the permissions to use the custom reports? I have attempted to find the reports menu option you listed directions for and there are no options for me.

In LCR, Other -> Access Table will show which callings have access to which features. However, I don't see "custom" anywhere in the table. Do you perhaps mean custom reports in MLS?

The option is called 'Create Reports' in the 'Reports' section. I's only available to the bishopric, ward clerk (not assistants) and exec sec and similar callings at the stake level.

If you access LCR using the Chrome browser there is a Chrome extension that will copy a table on a website to Excel or Google Sheets. I’ve found it very helpful for this issue.

I'm not sure what you're trying to export, but I created a custom list (e.g., YSA), highlighted and copied the list, and pasted it into Excel using plain text. Needed minor formatting adjustments. This might be useful for some situations.

The way I do it that works quite well is to pull a list of expenses (under the expense summary tab) I want (say welfare provided for a specific family). Then I right mouse click and select Print, then save/print as a PDF. I then use a free pdf to Excel converter which converts it to Excel. This captures 95% of the data and requires minor formatting to make "whole".

If you open the 'notes' app in windows, and highlight a data table in LCR, then paste it to 'notes', then copy that from notes into excel it will populate as a table.

My is missing the attendance status with this method. Adobe pdf-to-Excel convertor works better, but it produces little images for the status instead of checkboxes.
