This is a known bug. It is currently being worked on by ICS programmers. When a record is created, the print button does not work on the final record creation screen. The current work-around, until the programming correction is made, is to go to LCR > Reports > Print Certificates and select Child Blessing to print the certificate.

Same issue but appears to be a browser specific issue. Even using the 'workaround,' the "View Certificate" link was grayed out.

I have a new PC and used Edge (Version 133.0.3065.59 (Official build) (64-bit). However, Chrome worked. This also works with Safari on my mobile device.

It would be nice if LCR provided an 'info' or 'help' icon to address Browser and Settings expectations.
