This problem seems weird enough to warrant reporting to Global Services. A unit clerk can help initiate contact.
Global Services probably won't have a quick solution, but documenting specific conditions through them should get useful input to related IT teams.
If Global Services is already informed, my workaround would be regularly logging in to the Church's website and trying to do at least some of the same stuff. A fix, if scheduled, may take longer to be distributed than the problem has been around.
