If you're using a web browser rather than a mobile app, try private or incognito mode. If that helps, clear your browser's cache and delete Church-relevant cookies. There's a long-running cookie build-up problem, and the only current solution is to clear the cache and delete cookies once the symptoms appear.

If you're using the Library App, make sure you're logged in. I think you get logged out when the app updates. And it was updated a little over a week ago.
If you are logged in, go to the home page, tap the three dots, and select "Edit Home". It's possible that tile got turned off.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Make sure you are logged in. I've seen it log me out occasionally when I wasn't expecting it.
