Technical Issue (Zoom not transferring to Meet-portal)

I posted threads in another forum under Broadcasts and Conferences but this is *STILL* not working for us. When I go to the Meet-portal the first Zoom meeting showing is 3/8/2026 and it links to a series of Zoom broadcasts I deleted on January 1st.

This is what I see:

They told me I need to keep deleting the meetings until they appear. Tried that several times and it never got above 22/52 meetings showing so I gave up. We had no one dial into our Zoom this Sunday which is very unusual as we are a military ward and usually have people out of town. We sent out the new Zoom ID and direct link in the Bulletin but no one reads those. But hey...I wasn't getting inundated by texts during sacrament meeting like I was last year when the church didn't fix the problem until the end of January.

Today the webinars I created on the 4th still didn't show up. However, I created a new recurring webinar, which also didn't show up. Then I created a single webinar (not recurring), and then the recurring and single webinar showed up in meet.churchofjesuschrist.org. The recurring webinar I created on the 4th still doesn't show up, but I was then able to delete all the ones I didn't need and just leave the recurring webinar I created today and all seems to be good.

It's "fixed", but only halfway. I recreated my series of zoom meetings as 4 separate series, one for each quarter of the year. Now they all show up in the meet portal, which is good, but they're not showing up on the broadcasts page, so I still have members texting me asking for the code.
