Web Calendar not syncing properly with Tools or other 3rd party apps

Curious if there's been further errors reported here because I just started using a Custom Synced Calendar Group that I subscribed to on my Google Calendar. When I subscribed, my test event from one of the calendars in the Synced Calendar Group showed up without issue. I then added an additional event to the other calendar in the group and...nothing. Same thing when I added an additional event to the first calendar. Is this simply that Google doesn't fetch frequently, or does this sound like a bug?

The Google Calendar sync period is approximately every 24 hours.
