If you don't have the Quick Links tile on your home page (like I didn't), you have to select Edit Home at the bottom and add it.

Yes there is a standard calling of Technology Specialist at the ward level (it's under Other Callings -> Technology). I'd have your ward clerk change your calling to that one. It won't change your access here but it will likely give you better access to some things you need.

Re: Access to Sacrament Hymns beyond Sunday
By my personal definition, something is hidden when I root around in an app and cannot find what I am seeking. It is especially frustrating when I am fairly certain I saw it earlier. It is even more frustrating when I have searched several times in what I believe are obvious places and have not been able to find something.rmrichesjr wrote: ↑Tue Jun 24, 2025 3:53 pm Can you explain in a little more detail how the hymns are hidden and what path you found to get to them?
In this case, I followed the instructions others posted here.
russellhltn got me almost all the way there.
"Make sure you're on the home page.
Locate the 'Quick Links' tile.
Click the three dot option on Quick Links."
What was missing from his instruction was filled in by davesudweeks:
"If you don't have the Quick Links tile on your home page (like I didn't), you have to select Edit Home at the bottom and add it."
Those two posts will get anyone to the complete hymns list in Gospel Library. A person who has permission to edit the list does not have to go to all that trouble.
Helping to confuse the issue is that on Sundays, when the hymns are shown (if you have that section selected on your home page), there is an obvious link that will allow anyone to see the entire listing.
Another more subtle example is found in Member Tools, where it is often suggested here at the Forum that a Data Refresh will usually help when a Manual Sync does not solve the problem. Finding the Refresh Data link is tricky. It is located in Settings near the bottom, in the Temple Recommend Expiration Reminder section. The second sub-item there, "Refresh Data", should probably be its own left margin main item, because it will totally download all of the Member Tools data, not just the temple recommend data. There is a warning when you select the link to remind you that you will receive an entire stake data download.
