Zoom deleted our accounts

How do I fix this issue and regain access to our ward's Zoom account? I logged into meet.churchofjesuschrist.org, but I didn't see an option to re-add an account. Or should we sit tight until the Church fixes this issue?

There is a banner across the top of the meet portal explaining what happened and what to do now.

I couldn't find an option to re-add our missing account. The "Local Units", "Manage" link (as shown on the wiki link that you provided) doesn't appear when I log into https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org.  I only have the "Events", "Manage" button. I see the following message: "This portal allows a Stake, Mission, and District Technology Specialist to create and manage Church-sponsored Zoom licenses, facilitating virtual meeting services for local units.". Does this mean only our stake technology specialist can re-add our unit's Zoom account?

Correct. Odds are he/she/they are the one that originally assigned the account.

Does this happen when a stake is divided? Does this mean that all of the units in the new stake will have to re-establish their Zoom accounts?

The page worked for me a moment ago. Of course, it is Tuesday, when most things work, as opposed to Sunday, when the whole world just seems to spin and spin eternally.

I trust that you are the stake technology specialist, properly recorded in LCR with the standard calling. No one else will have access.
