Thanks for the reply. Will just using this address route the letter to the correct office/individual? I'll have to do more research or ask the Stake Presidency who our area President is. Are area Presidents always located in Salt Lake City, or do they leave in their respective area(s)? I have too many questions, that I can 't find anywhere in manuals or forums. Thanks again.

Put The Quorum of the Twelve (Room 409) above the street address. If you are in the US, put The Presidency of the Seventy above the address on the other one. They get about 50 of these forms each week and will know what to do with them.

For areas in the US and Canada, a member of the Presidency of the Seventy is assigned to supervise each area. Your stake president should know which one is yours, but if you just send the form to the Presidency of the Seventy, it will get to the right person.

As a stake clerk, you should have access to cdol.lds.org. You can find your area president in there.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
