Gospel Library 2.0 Broken?

As mentioned, the Gospel Library shows up in the iTunes store as only for iPad.

When I click on the tech.lds.org link to the iPhone app (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/gospel-l ... 23775?mt=8) I get an error dialog "Your request could not be completed. The item you've requested is not currently available in the US store."

Any help or idea what's going on here?

The upgrade to Gospel Library is now available in the iTunes Store. And might I add that it feels fantastic and functions perfectly!
