Assuming that IR is the copyright owner, I agree. In the case of General Conference, we can be sure about the owner.

But we still don't know who owns the rights to the temple photos. IR may only be a licensee.

It seems unlikely that the church doesn't have full control of those photos. If that were the case then I doubt there would be so many share options under each picture.
