When you place an item on this building calendar, are you scheduling the facility? If not, then someone else could schedule it.

If this calendar is a private calendar, then it won't show any details about the event to others.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
