UPDATE: I want to thank everyone for helping me understand the calendar. I was able to meet with the stake leaders and other building representatives. I gave a presentation, along with handing out a 'how-to' guide that I created, and it was well received. Now, the stake is implementing the lds.org calendar in all buildings in our stake .. whoo hoo! The process is almost complete, except for one building representative that is having a hard time replacing his 3"x5" cards for a computer. (Not making that up.) The biggest selling point was the quick spin-up time when a new person is called to the building scheduler position and the fact that bishoprics really want to have some control of the calendar. I am thrilled...so thank you, thank you.
