Accessing confidential information as membership clerk since last LDS tools update for iPad

I am a membership clerk and have no problem seeing member numbers and other data using the latest LDS Tools update..... Sounds like you have a different problem... Did you check to see if your calling is correctly listed as someone suggested?

what do you mean by making sure my calling is listed correctly and would that be through mls which was used to do my calling before Leader and Clerk Resources or would that be using Leader Clerk Resources

Check the CDOL. That's the authority on callings.

So in regards to needing to get this problem resolved my dad has just been called as High Priest Group Leader in our Ward and I went to update his LDS Tools to reflect his new calling and apparently he still has access to information that should be only accessible to the Clerks or the Bishopric and so he is seeing information that he should not in regards to being High Priest Group Leader not a councilor in the Bishopric
so what I am wandering is there a bug in this version of LDS Tools on the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch that needs to be fixed in the next update for LDS Tools on ios because my dad is seeing information that technically should not be seeing because of his new calling and I am still not seeing the information for me todo my Membership Clerk calling

Since your dad is the high priests group leader, he should see some of the additional membership information but not all of it.

He should see information similar to what he sees in LCR.

We are looking at an issue that affects a small subset of LDS Account users. It looks like you may be affected by that. The symptoms would be similar to what you are seeing.

There are some engineers working on it, but I don't know when they expect to have it resolved.

Do you mean here that you are syncing his LDS Tools because he has a new calling?

You cannot actually update his calling in LDS Tools. The calling is updated at LCR. The calling takes a little time to process through all of the computer systems, and then the next time you sync LDS Tools it should automatically update. That is one of the reasons why LDS Tools users are required to perform a sync every 30 days.

This is the part that is having problems right now. So a little time normally equals about 1 day, but right now it is until fixed

So in regards to the issue that I am having with LDS Tools in regards to information that I am supposed to see as membership clerk like ios summery in which I cant view any confidential information on lds tools is this related to the problem with LCR and will this issue be fixed as well when they fix this other issue?
