Hi, did you solve the problem? I have the same problem, I tried to clear the cache and delete relevant cookies but it's still the same

1. Your bishop has to start the process.
2. Your Church Account must have your MRN attached to it and it matches the MRN of the member being considered.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
