I am the shift coordinator for Tuesday morning and I am trying to create the schedule but I cannot access the scheduling .
When will this be fixed?

You'll need to contact someone who can fix it. This is a user-to-user discussion forum, so it's very unlikely anyone with ability to fix anything will see this thread.

If you can contact someone in your chain of command at the temple, that might be the most direct route. The main temple switchboard number is probably not an option for today/Monday. As a last resort, the Global Service Department might be able to fix things or direct you to someone who can.
