I am having troubles logging onto tools. I am the Primary President in my ward and I need to utilize tools for an important message I need to get to parents of primary age children . I’ve changed my password a few times .. app seemed to work fine a week ago ... please help ASAP

My mobile Member Tools app (i-phone) is stuck in "Updating" ... I've removed, re-installed the app a few times (yesterday and today) ... even changed my password out of desperation ... still stuck in "Updating" mode. I was finally able to access the HELP button (which is not available when it's stuck in "Updating".) I sent feedback. HOPEFULLY someone can figure this out SOON and contact me. Thanks! Thanks! I have same problem on my iPhone SE that whenever I try to log in to Member Tools (version 4.1.0) it now always freezes as it tries to “update” even though I e tried reinstalling it etc. I tried to inform of problem through “help” > “contact us” buttons, but nothing happens when I click “contact us” so I cannot actually submit this feedback via the normal route, thus I’m posting here.

I’m stuck as well, I’m the ward clerk and use this app a lot, it’s October 11, I just re-downloaded, restarted my phone, but every time I log in it takes me to the update screen and I’m stuck there.
