Double-booking Hazard if "Blocked" was used on "Resource Assignment" Screen

Thanks guys, I'll keep working on it. From the beginning, 'Blocked' is what I have envisioned was needed. I just didn't want to lock the conversation in any specific direction. I have read, and re-read the articles listed and will read them again, probably a couple more times. Also, I have found others talking about the same DB error message I have been receiving - some said IE9 solved it - my company will not let me install IE9 on my company laptop! I'll get there! Thanks.
