Directions on use of GMRS radios in Stake Communication

Any GMRS repeater would be a local thing. I'd suggest using the Meetinghouse Locator and use the repeater's location to get some contacts for local leadership. Hopefully they can point you to the right person.

However, if the repeater is associated with the church, then it's primary purpose is for emergency communications within the church - so it's role in emergencies is already spoken for.
