It is working OK when using the app on a phone.
Is anyone else having the same issue when using a web browser? I'm using a chrome book and chrome on the phone.
Just got word from Kindoo Support that this is fixed. CTRL-F5 on the page and you should be back to normal.
I had to look up how to do a CTRL-F5 on a Chromebook, but that worked. Thanks for you assistance.
Use the Function Key (F5) equivalent on a Chromebook.
If you need to specifically use the F5 function key input (for use in certain applications or environments):
Hold down the Ctrl key and the Search/Launcher key (the key in the Caps Lock position with a magnifying glass icon).
While holding those, press the Refresh key (the fourth key from the left on the top row, with a circular arrow symbol ⟳). This key acts as the F5 function key when combined with the Search/Launcher key.

Thanks!
Sure, here is our form:

Can you share a link as described in this video so that we can make a copy of yours that we can edit for ourselves? Thanks in advance.

Here is the Form we created for our Stake that you can use as a template. This link will first have you make a copy to your Google drive, then you can edit and publish your own version.

Key or FOB duplication
It has been said that one of the main reasons for going with a particular system is to get rid of physical keys or FOBS because they can be easily duplicated, and because the duplication equipment is cheap.

When it comes to easy or cheap, what if you don't need a key, or FOB, or smartphone.

What about just getting some cheap equipment and drilling a hole through the glass and then use a metal rod with a 90 degree bend to go through the hole and pull the crash bar to open the door.

Just some food for thought if the expense for this system is really going to keep anyone out that wants to get in, I'm sure there are plenty of other cheap ways.

If something's been said here in the Forum, it likely hasn't been said by anyone in a position to give an authoritative answer. Even those charged with implementation of Kindoo, are most likely not those in charge of high-level decision-making. I don't doubt that many Forum members have good insight, but I also expect that there's a lot of aspects to Kindoo (and all sorts of other Church tech), that us Forum members simply do not know anything about, so we're all just doing our best with limited understanding. And our input here in the Forum is unlikely to reach the eyes or ears of those in charge of decision-making.

Long way of saying I don't think any of us can state with certainty, the exact degree that cost factors into the decisions the Church is making.

Kindoo management option

One additional option for the Kindoo management interface would be an option to display/list all temporary users.
I have been using three leading 000 in the description of each temp user which makes it easier to do a search for temp users, but an option on the site dashboard to list all temp users would be very handy.

You can export the user list and filter by the "Temporary user" column. I agree it would be nice to get a quick list of those users. I'll see if they can add that to the search in the Users list page.

I have a few questions.
One, what is going to be put into the. Description field. I currently use the Ward's initials, and then the calling. (RHW_Bishop) That way, when I export a report. I can see which members in a ward have activated and are using the system, and which wards are currently using it.

The second question is. The member has two callings that qualify them for autosycy. What will then show up in the description?.

We have one building that has been on KINDOO for over a year. What will happen to the current configuration when autosync is turns on.

It would also be nice to have a report. That will display. Who is using this system? And who has not used the system? Not just their name. But. Description of their name is. Like Ward, XYZ. First counselor.

User Description. Entry point Schedule name Controller PIN Date Action
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX RHW Bishop YORBA BUILDING 11/19/2025 8:00 Open

Here's an example of the description field for a user that was added via LCR auto sync, and has two callings that are Auto synchronized.

In the Kindoo management interface , the Site Dashboard provides a lot of what you're looking for here.

In the Site Dashboard, two items under each pie chart are also links that you can click on to get a list.
