Did you get an email that said Order Confirmation. And did the email list the products you purchased?

I ordered garments and it is still tagged as PROCESSING and not even shipped yet. It has been 3 weeks already, can anyone help me? Thanks.

Use the Contact Us link found at the bottom of the webpage to get the telephone number for your area and call them with your order information and they will be able assist you over the phone.

I placed an order for garments, but after it finished, my old address popped up with confirmation as the shipping address. How do I cancel that order?
