Yes, I understand that, but I would be surprised if the 1st counselor in the EQ Presidency could see more information related to children and youth than a counselor in the bishopric could (which was the question I was answering). The question was posed by a bishopric counselor who said he could not see youth quorum and class lists.lajackson wrote:Youth and children are subject to different and vastly more restrictive visibility rules.davesudweeks wrote:I am a counselor in the EQ presidency and can easily see a list of each of the quorum or class members in my ward.
Of course, my other calling as Temple and Family History Leader could give me access that I wouldn't get as a counselor in the EQ presidency, but I still would expect the bishopric should be able to see the lists of the youth.

For what it might be worth, a quick check in LCR -> Other -> Access Table shows that Ward Bishopric Counselors have every access that the Elders Quorum Presidency has (plus a lot more). More specifically, both have access to Membership Information -> Edit Member Class Assignments and Forms -> Attendance Rolls.davesudweeks wrote:Yes, I understand that, but I would be surprised if the 1st counselor in the EQ Presidency could see more information related to children and youth than a counselor in the bishopric could (which was the question I was answering).
