This is not a new question. It has been on the audit form since at least the mid-year 2020 audit. I asked our auditor today if we had to watch this same video every 6 months and he was not sure. The question is very specific to this video. In the past, the question was just general about receiving some sort of training during the 6 months. Now it uses the name of the video in the question. Whether that question will be around next time or not, seems to be the question we're all wondering.

The language was changed in the mid-year 2021 audit to "sometime in the last 12 months?"
