Boy I hope not. If so, our stake is saved from Chrome for 5 more years as we're in the process of getting new PC's from FM. I worked with a Chromebook once and I really disliked the strict confinement it had. Personally, I would opt for an Android tablet with BT keyboard & mouse over a Chromebook.

Hi everyone,

I’d like to share a small proof of concept I’ve been working on.
It’s an LDS-oriented Linux OS distro, designed with a visual environment inspired by elements of the Church.
The system includes:
  • Easy access to church materials
  • Built-in Cloudflare proxy integration to block adult content, malicious websites, trackers, etc.
  • A user-friendly environment that aims to be approachable for both beginners and advanced Linux users.
The vision is to create a space that not only provides useful tools, but also fosters an environment that invites the Spirit and helps people stay focused.
