Cannot save a new class

When adding a new class the "Save" button does not save. when clicking on the Save button after filling out the information about the class does nothing, no errors, and not change in the page.

There is a problem in our beta environment that does not exist in our other lanes. We are in the process of determining what the problem is so we can fix it. It should resolve most of the issues reported so far.
