ward/stake calendar and LdS Tools

I added an even in the Ward Calendar online ( I have access). It is posted on the online calendar but not in my LDS Tools calendar. I've downloaded in the setup section several times and it has been 24 hours...still, the event is not in my LDS Tools calendar.:confused: ANy suggestions?
