I am curious to know if there are plans to update the "Record-Keeping and Auditing Training" modules in the "Serving in the Church" section of LDS.org? Particularly those relating to keeping Membership and Financial records in MLS... Some of the later versions of MLS, especially 2.8, have many more features than when the training modules were initially created.

The update will be out later this year. This makes me think of the days when headquarters would send out a finance or membership manual to wards and stakes every two or three years, at which time it was sometimes seriously out of date. Now everything has speeded up, but it still takes awhile to work on the lessons, get all the proper approvals, etc. We will always have periods of time when the instruction is out of date because of updates to the system.
