All ward only calendar events are missing from syncing on LDS Tools

All ward only calendar events are missing from syncing on LDS Tools
How come the stake events are the only items to show up on the calendar under LDS Tools App? I have created many events for the entire ward unit and they all fail to sync as I download to LDS Tools.
