Thanks for all of the great feedback! We appreciate your help.

Version 1.1 of the Newsletter has now been released. This release fixes the following issues:

- added a category dropdown for mobile devices to reduce 'clutter' - ... le-Devices
- fixed slowness when switching between stake and ward
- added filetype support for .odt, .fodt, .ods, .fods, .odp, .fodp, .pptx, .ppt - ... ttachments
- add delete publisher message - ... misleading
- fixed sign out link - ... nout-error
- fixed attachments in IE - ... t-Explorer

Future releases will address these issues:
- Provide category dropdown on create/edit article page
- Don't use edit date to determine sequence of articles
- enhance and clarify featured article functionality
- provide default publishers
- make colors more vivid

Thanks for all of the great feedback!

Version 1.2 of the Newsletter has now been released. This release contains the following enhancements and bug fixes.

add save/created message for articles
when adding a url to an article, have focus on text field
provide a dropdown of available categories
make required field text more vivid
edit icon doesn't have mouseover text
order articles by edited date, not creation date
make colors more vivid
refine the process for making an article featured in specific categories

featured article not actually featured
some characters not allowed in title
spell check not working as expected
problems uploading attachments in IE

We will be moving the Newsletter out of beta within the next couple of days and it will then be available on Thank you for all of your help with the Newsletter.

Now that Newsletter is no longer in beta, discussions regarding the released version should be posted in the new forum section called Newsletter.
