Re: Certificates of Advancement
We are not able to order or find these certificates either. The distribution center says they are now in MLS, but I can't find them under certificates. Does anyone know what the status is on these?

Re: Certificates of Advancement
My primary president was told the same thing by Distribution, that those certificates are now printed from MLS. My ward clerk and I were unable to find anything in MLS about the primary certificates. Anyone know anything more about this? The online LDS store does not have the certificates available for order in English. Thanks

Any news on this issue? I've been looking all over for these certificates without any luck.

As a new Young Women's president, it would be nice if I could have access to advancement certificates immediately rather than having to order them through distribution.

All you need to do is order enough for the year and put them in the YW's closet, then they can be immediately accessed.mjnorthfamily wrote:As a new Young Women's president, it would be nice if I could have access to advancement certificates immediately rather than having to order them through distribution.

Re: Certificates of Advancement
I worked on a Word template tonight and hope this is useful if people are still looking for a printable version of the YW advancement certificate. I used the Beehive one for testing and hope they're all the same. I'm not an expert but wanted to share my efforts.

Re: Certificates of Advancement
Thank you very much! This is exactly what I needed. I don't have the certificates at home with me to test, but I'll stop by the chapel tomorrow to grab one for each class.

Re: Certificates of Advancement
I was told the same when I contacted Distribution. However, upon further inspection the hard copy Primary Advancement Certificates are still available in store.lds.org. You just need to look under the unit materials tab at the bottom of the screen. Then when you expand the stake/ward tab to view all there will be a tab titled reports, forms, and certificates. The Primary Advancement Certificates can be found there. I still haven't found the versions that is suppose to be available through MLS though.

It's in there. If you can't get to it (Reports/Forms > Certificates), there is something wonky with your MLS installation.jlayton1225 wrote:I still haven't found the versions that is suppose to be available through MLS though.

Re: Certificates of Advancement
This topic is conflating Primary Advancement Certificates and Young Women Advancement Certificates. To be clear:
Primary Advancement Certificates can be printed from MLS under the Reports/Forms > Certificates menu, but have been discontinued from the LDS Store.
Young Women Advancement Certificates can be purchased from the LDS Store, but can't be printed in MLS (that I've been able to see).
