membership records in MLS out of synch with clerk tools on lds.org

a family moved from another ward in our stake into our ward, and their membership records were sent by the old ward to ours. they show up in the lds.org directory, and within clerk tools on lds.org you can even view their membership records online. however, their records have not been sent to our ward's MLS, despite multiple send/receives over a weeks time since their records first appeared on lds.org. any experiences with or fixes for this?
