membership records in MLS out of synch with clerk tools on

a family moved from another ward in our stake into our ward, and their membership records were sent by the old ward to ours. they show up in the directory, and within clerk tools on you can even view their membership records online. however, their records have not been sent to our ward's MLS, despite multiple send/receives over a weeks time since their records first appeared on any experiences with or fixes for this?

I would suggest the new ward do a Unit data refresh.

Thank you so much for the tip, I did have the same issue. I did a Unit data refresh as you have mentionned and have received the membership record I requested. Thanks again.
