How do I login as Administrator for Sophos? I cannot delete virus in quarantine. I am login in MLS as Clerk, but Sophos says "insufficient rights, please contact your administrator".

I would suggest calling Local Unit Support. The problem is we're not sure if the church wants the procedure to become public, so we can't post it here at this time.
