Multiple, duplicate tags in Gospel Library

One of my tags in Gospel Library (Notebook > Tags) on both my iPad and iPhone appears multiple (nearly 100) times. Most of the separate tag entries contain only one scripture reference. All my other tags appear in the list normally and each of them contain multiple scripture references, as they should. Any idea what's wrong?
