I assume you are talking about an error reported when you try to do a Send/Receive. If so, that is something that usually happens when you install MLS on a new PC (or reinstall it on an existing PC after reimaging the drive). Fixing it requires what is called a "security reset", which can only be done by Local Unit Support (which is not open on the weekends.
