Hey everyone,

I have been using the methods talked about here to deal with parasites in Windows for several years now. By keeping the host file updated I don't have to install apps which slow down my system to deal with this parasites.

I use it in conjunction with hostman. It's a 3rd party freebie to keep the host file updated.

Thought I'd share this handy way to deal with this junk.

I hadn't seen hostman. That is a nice tip for me. I've modified the hosts file from time to time to do as you have suggested.

Thanks for the link! That will be a nice addition. Wish they had a text version for the hosts.deny file, though, if only for better organization
