Login problems on iPad

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Login problems on iPad

I can login to my account on laptop, but when I try to login with Safari on iPad I cannot. No error message, just returns to homepage without login. Any suggestions?

Did it "return" to http or https? For the login to work, your device has to go to https. Depending on your network connection, that might not be allowed.

I believe it also has to be able to accept certain types of cookies. If security is set too high, it may not work.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
