Donor Statements produces error "An error occurred"

Donor Statements produces error "An error occurred"

With MLS 3.5.1_21141, I cannot access Donor Statements (Finance > Tithing Settlement > Print Reports: Donor Statements). It pops up an error:

[An Error Occurred]
{Frowny face icon} An error occurred
[OK]

Restarting MLS or rebooting Windows did not resolve the problem. I didn't find more information for this problem in the forums, and I sent an in-MLS message to see if the admin office can help me.

Have others encountered this or know what causes the problem?

In most cases where I have seen this error, the problem has been a corrupted database that needed to be reported to Local Unit Support and fixed by them.

Thanks for the reply. I'll work this out with Local Unit Support then.
