With MLS 3.5.1_21141, I cannot access Donor Statements (Finance > Tithing Settlement > Print Reports: Donor Statements). It pops up an error:
[An Error Occurred]
{Frowny face icon} An error occurred
[OK]
Restarting MLS or rebooting Windows did not resolve the problem. I didn't find more information for this problem in the forums, and I sent an in-MLS message to see if the admin office can help me.
Have others encountered this or know what causes the problem?
