Ever since MLS 3.5, under "Organizations" | "Reports/Tools" | "Ward Leadership" my branch presidencies, branch clerks, and branch executive secretaries are all missing. They don't show up if I do an Export, either. The bishoprics, ward clerks, and ward executive secretaries are all present. In addition, in CDOL or LDS.org, all of them show up as they should.
I have requested Unit Refresh data and I've even called SLC a few times, but there's been no resolution.
Is this really a known issue, as SLC claims. I don't see any recent postings that indicate that it is.
