msi "installing" message when using MLS

For the last few months, when we are using MLS we get a message that says msi "installing" but whatever it is installing never finishes. Does anyone know how to get this message to stop popping up?

Bryan,

Your stake should have a Stake Technology Specialist assigned to handle issues like this. I would make sure and contact him, or the Stake Clerk for next steps.

If he can't solve it then he can call Local Unit Support.
